Awareness
One day. What the standard requires and what it means for the way people already work.
Implementation
Two days. Building and rolling out the system, with the documentation and process design that goes with it.
Internal auditor
Three days. Planning, conducting, reporting and following up internal audits that find real findings.

Beyond the classroom
